Your assignment:
This week for our art challenge, we are going to pick artwork from our homes to arrange in an exhibition. It can be art that you have made, or an art piece you have hanging up in your home. Look through what you have chosen and see if you can find any similarities between the pieces (do they all have animals? Do they all feature the color black? It can be anything). This will be your theme. Pick an order for the images to be displayed. If they were hanging in a gallery, which piece would be shown first? Last? Once you have your pieces picked out and arranged, draw a layout of your exhibition, marking where a visitor would enter and exit, and where the art would be displayed. Talk to someone in your home about these questions, or share your answers with me. For an extra challenge, make a piece of art to add to your exhibition! Please email me your exhibition design or upload it to the Google Doc below.
