Your assignment:
This week, your art challenge is to make a collage out of materials around your home. You can use newspapers, magazines, construction paper, cardboard, fabric, or anything you can cut into shapes and glue. Make sure to check in with your parent or guardian about what is okay to use for this project! Your goal is to create a meaningful image in your collage, using different kinds of shapes (organic and geometric). Tell someone in your household about your art. Show them where the different shapes are in it. Explain the meaning behind your art and what message you are saying with it. Upload an image of your collage to the Google Doc posted below (with your HPES email) or through an email to Ms. Lemay.
